MSU International Unity Day
Quality Education On February 6 2016 at the Building Commemorating the 5th Cycle Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty the King (April 2 2015) Mahasarakham University (City Campus) Associate Professor Dr. Charuay Savithi Dean of Mahasarakham Business School together with Assistant Professor Dr. Pankom Sriboonlue, Associate Dean for Administration and Organizational Development Ms. Duangkhai Nueangudom Head of the School is Secretariat Office and MBS Staff participated in the MSU International Unity Day 2026 under the theme of Thai Culture to reflect the identity and values of Thai culture. This MSU international event aimed to promote good relationships among international students and to develop leadership skills unity and teamwork through various activities and booths from each faculty. The activities of this project aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of Goal 4

MBS Participates in MOA/MOU Signing Ceremony between Mahasarakham University and Leading Institutes in Railway Systems Engineering and New Energy Vehicles in the People’s Republic of China on February 2–3, 2026.
On February 2–3, 2026, Associate Professor Dr. Jaruay Savitee, Dean of the Faculty of Accounting and Management, together with Associate Professor Dr. Suteera Janthet, Assistant Dean for International Affairs and Corporate Communication, Faculty of Accounting and Management, joined the delegation of Mahasarakham University, led by Associate Professor Dr. Prayuk Srivilai, President of Mahasarakham University. The delegation also included Dr. Nuchasara Choksuanthap Thongsaen, Assistant to the President for Public Relations and Global Image, Associate Professor Dr. Jakramas Laowanich, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, along with the executive team from the Faculty of Engineering. The delegation participated in the signing ceremony of academic cooperation agreements — the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) — between Mahasarakham University and leading railway systems engineering institutions in the People’s Republic of China. The agreements included the signing of an MOA with Tianjin Railway Technical and Vocational College (TRVC) on February 2, 2026, and an MOU with Tianjin Transportation Technical College (TTTC) on February 3, 2026. This official visit aimed to strengthen and elevate academic collaboration between Mahasarakham University and the two leading Chinese institutions. The cooperation covers comprehensive areas including teaching and learning, research development, and workforce development in railway systems engineering, modern transportation technology, and new energy vehicle technology. During the visit, both parties held strategic discussions to plan future collaboration across multiple disciplines, including engineering, transportation, logistics, and e-commerce, with emphasis on the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Big Data technologies. The collaboration focuses on integrating theoretical knowledge with experiential learning, analytical skills, and hands-on practical training. In addition, the Mahasarakham University delegation conducted study visits at the headquarters manufacturing facility of CRRC Corporation Limited (CRRC) in Beijing, a leading high-speed train manufacturer. The delegation also visited the Engineering Practice and Innovation Program Institute (EPIP) and the Luban Workshop at Tianjin University of Technology and Education (TUTE). The delegation was warmly welcomed by Professor Lyu Jingquan, Director of the Luban Workshop Construction Experts Committee under the Ministry of Education of China and Director of the EPIP Research and Promotion Center, along with the university’s executive administrators. Discussions were held regarding the establishment of EPIP-based teaching and learning centers and the Luban Workshop model at Mahasarakham University. The EPIP and Luban Workshop frameworks represent internationally recognized educational management and instructional models in engineering education. These initiatives aim to support Mahasarakham University’s development as an ASEAN regional learning hub based on EPIP principles, promoting innovative higher education systems emphasizing practice-based learning. The model is adaptable beyond engineering education and can be applied to establish high-standard teaching and learning systems across diverse academic disciplines.

MSU International SDGs Camp at National Pingtung University, Republic of China (Taiwan)
The General Education Office, Mahasarakham University, is inviting students to apply for participation in the MSU International SDGs Camp at National Pingtung University, Republic of China (Taiwan), scheduled from May 10–17, 2026. Applicants must be students from the Faculty of Accounting and Management enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate program (Years 1–3) or an advanced-entry program (Year 1) with active student status, possess knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) or have participated in SDGs-related training or skill development programs, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills with good English communication and presentation abilities. Applications are open from today until February 20, 2026, and application forms must be submitted to the International Relations Office, Room 215, 2nd Floor, Sirindhorn Business Administration Building, Mahasarakham University.

The Faculty of Accounting and Management is accepting applications from students to participate in the Overseas Experience Exchange Program for the Academic Year 2025. Applicants must meet the following qualifications: applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled in a 4-year program in Years 2–3 (student codes 66–67) or an advanced-entry program in Year 1 (student code 68), have a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of at least 2.50, and must not have previously participated in any overseas knowledge or experience exchange program organized by the Faculty of Accounting and Management.
